Platelets hold a unique power to save lives. Cancer patients are a primary recipient of platelets due to the harsh effects of chemotherapy so platelets are always in high demand. However, platelets have a shelf life of only five days. Please donate platelets today.
Do not take aspirin, or any products containing aspirin, for at least 2 full calendar days prior to your appointment. For example, if you take aspirin products on Sunday, the soonest you may donate platelets is Wednesday.
