As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Carl is responsible for OneBlood’s people strategy ensuring we are hiring the right people for the right positions, giving them the proper training to be successful and helping create pathways to career growth opportunities within the organization for our team members.
His innovative and cutting-edge approaches to hiring and training provide an enhanced experience for team members.
Carl brings more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. Prior to joining OneBlood, Carl was globally responsible for Learning at Hertz Corporation and was a member of the Hertz Global HR Senior Leadership team. In addition to his training responsibilities he led significant HR projects on topics such as On-boarding and Performance Management.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
