Prior to his role at ARC, Dr. Mendelsohn held the role of Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Cardinal Health. Additionally, Dr. Mendelsohn has held several roles focused on food and drug law and regulation with extensive interaction with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Dr. Mendelsohn received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1980 from George Washington University, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and a Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Professional association memberships include the Association for Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). Dr. Mendelsohn was recognized by the American Red Cross for superior employee performance through the organization’s Tiffany Award.
