In 2016 I became a 1 gallon blood donor! The reason I habitually donate every year is because it's a win-win for all involved! Donating makes my body produce new blood cells to replace the ones I donate which keeps my body systems in fresh solution and you're actually saving up to 3 lives. I donate 1-3 times a year at the least!
