I have been a blood donor since age 17. I always wanted to help people in need, and family and friends. I never thought I’d be the recipient. But I got cancer, and the chemo gave me low iron and red blood cell counts. So here I am, getting blood to bring my counts up and give me the energy to fight. Thank you all for your donations!
