My son, Jax, was diagnosed with COVID-19 and MIS-C the summer of 2020. We spent several weeks in the ICU trying to figure out what was the best route for treatment. Finally, after his THIRD round of IVIG treatment, he was able to return to the regular hall. He is now a productive 12-year-old boy. We still are under the care of a cardiologist, rheumatologist, and neurologist but if it weren’t for the blood/plasma given by individuals, my son wouldn’t be in the condition he is today!
