Jeff
As an Air Force Veteran, Jeff has done battle on the front lines in Kuwait, Qatar and Turkey. But when he returned home, he found himself battling for his life against a different kind of enemy – cancer.
What Jeff thought was a simple viral infection picked up from one of his four boys turned out to be much more serious.
After facing temperature spikes of 104 and enduring multiple tests, a bone marrow biopsy confirmed his family’s worst fears – Jeff had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
It was donors like you who gave Jeff the red cells and platelets he needed to make it through several rounds of chemotherapy and additional cancer treatments.
He and his family thank donors like you for giving blood, giving them hope and saving Jeff’s life.
