Donors Centers close at 3pm, and blood drives end at 2pm on Wednesday, December 24 and OneBlood will be closed on Thursday, December 25.

I am a sixty five year old male who was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia in December 2022. I have been getting infusions of whole blood and platelets for the last 7 months awaiting a bone marrow transplant.

I am currently in the University of Miami Cancer Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center waiting to get my platelet count up to 50k to have a catheter placed in my chest to accept the bone marrow transplant in a few days.

The whole blood and platelets given to me to complete my care is totally unbelievable.
