Hi, my name is Juliet. I started giving blood when I was in high school in Okeechobee, Florida. Then I moved to Thomasville, Georgia, in 2015, not knowing what the future had for me and my family.

In December of 2017, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. If it was not for people who have donated blood, I would not be here today. I have had 10 surgeries. During 7 of them, I needed blood, platelets, and/or plasma. This is why I am both a recipient and a donor.
