My husband Randy passed away in September 2016.  A few years back he needed blood transfusions and he had type o- and it was hard to find. After seeing how much he needed blood I saw we had a blood drive to support our late Sheriff. I went and donated for the first time and it felt good to be able to give and help people who need it. Who knows one day I might need some. OneBlood has been great.
