I have been struggling with aplastic anemia for 2 years now, in and out of the hospital, needing blood and platelets. It is such a blessing to know that people are out there donating. And it all works great miracles. I wish people knew how important it is to give blood and platelets. The truth is, it's as important as going to church every Sunday. We're getting up and going to work. We're all in this together, and it's a wonderful world and we can all help one another.
