I have been a regular donor since the age 18. That is over 40 years now! I have even donated COVID antibodies and bone marrow - twice! Through the years the organizations have changed where I had my blood donated, and know I probably donated over ten gallons, but records show a lot less. That is not as important as knowing what I am doing to help save another person's life. Donating blood is the easiest way anyone can actually save a life. Everyone should do it, including those afraid of needles as it really is not that big a deal. What is, is the life you save.
