Today was my first time donating, but I wouldn’t be able to if others hadn’t donated before me. When I was 15 years old, I should have died in a horrific car crash, but a lot of people worked together to save my life. From the ambulance to the nurses and doctors, all their work would have been fruitless if they didn’t have the blood I desperately needed. I’m so thankful for the gift worth more than its weight in gold! I’m glad I was able to give today and hope it goes to saving someone’s life too.
