Our 3-year-old daughter has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and has had many blood and platelet transfusions. This is the first time I've had the opportunity to say THANK YOU to a donor, and I am so excited to be able to do that! I want all donors to know that they are true lifesavers, and we know the time and effort that goes in to being a donor and it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. As a donor myself, I sometimes see on Facebook when people get these thank you notes, and I think it's a wonderful program to show our appreciation as recipients. Thanks again to everyone involved!!
