The need for blood never stops, and donations are needed in advance of the holiday!
Donors Centers close at 3pm, and blood drives end at 2pm on Wednesday, December 24 and OneBlood will be closed on Thursday, December 25.

I always said I will NEVER donate blood. I refused because the thought of donating riddled me with fear & sickness.

One day 4 years ago, that thought completely left my mind as I sat in the ICU with a boyfriend who was receiving his 7th blood transfusion after an almost deadly motorcycle crash.

Never ever could I begin to thank those people whose blood he received that saved his life.

Today, I donate because someone deserves a second chance, & I am so thankful that our family got one at that time!
