I've been a blood donor for years, even in Mississippi before I moved back to Florida. It's very rewarding to receive the gift certificates and T-shirts, but honestly, I would donate without them.
It's one of the least things I can do to contribute to the wellness of all in our society. I was even proud to know that my donation within the days before the Pulse nightclub shootings may have helped someone involved.
The OneBlood employees are very professional and hospitable on any given day, but my donation on 4/27/2021 was especially wonderful. Between Miss Judy, Miss Amilediz and Miss Karen, they spoiled me and kept me in the best of hands. Miss Karen especially handled me with the most experienced and caring touch.
Everything went quickly and safely. I just had to let someone know. Thank you for all you do, and I hope to keep supporting your efforts to provide for all who have the need for blood products.
