My premature son (now 43) was born needing blood twice in the hospital. Being just vaccinated by the US Air Force, I could not donate. I have now been donating around the country to the tune of about 13 gallons. Been at OneBlood long enough to reach 4 gallons.
Good Lord willin’ and the creek don’t rise, we will be here for another 4 gallons. I am now 70 years old, so not too sure when the blood will turn to dust, but ’til it does, long may my life's blood help others.
