Carrie Jo was born in Minnesota and joined the Air Force Reserves after high school as a medical technician. She traveled to Honduras, Puerto Rico and Panama providing humanitarian support to the local population. She met Jay who was active duty Air Force and they lived in 7 States and Germany before he retired in 2016 in Ponte Vedra Beach. Garrett, their son, is a first year medical student and Grace is in 12th grade. Jay and Carrie enjoyed life to the fullest and surrounded themselves withwonderful friends who were extremely supportive during Carrie’s cancer treatment.
Carrie passed away in March 2021 and now Jay, Garrett and Grace will continue on knowing she is always on their hearts and in their minds
