Upon receiving your eGift Card, you have 180 days to make your gift card selection. If you have reached the expiration date, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-936-6283 for further assistance. The expiration dates for all of the eGift Cards you have earned are in your Donor Portal. To prevent an eGift Card from expiring, we recommend that you redeem your eGift Card 24-48 hours after your donation. Once your eGift Card has been claimed, the gift card does not have an expiration date.

We currently do not have the option to have the eGift Card mailed; however, our Customer Services representatives would be happy to assist with the gift card redemption and have your reward selection mailed. Once you complete 6 donations, your challenge will reset, and you can begin again without any interruptions. Keep donating to earn more! 

If you don’t donate within 21 days of becoming eligible, you can still donate and earn general rewards for that donation. Your challenge will pick up where you left off with your next donation.
