Below are some frequently asked questions about the Donor Portal and sign in.
There are several reasons that you could be having issues when creating an account. Please work through the list below to identify the error:
If you are still encountering issues, please reach out to a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-936-6283 for further assistance.
If you are a returning blood donor and have already created your account, please make sure that you are using the correct email address to sign in. If you do not remember your password, you can click on forgot password to request a reset.
If you are signing in after your first donation with OneBlood and did not create an account at the time of your appointment booking, please create an account today.
Be sure to provide your accurate email and cellphone number at the time of your donation or when creating an account online.

If you have requested a password reset and have not received the email, please make sure that you are using the email address that was used to create the account. If all this information is correct, please reach out to a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-936-6283 for further assistance.
If you have signed in to your Donor Portal more than 48 hours after your blood donation and do not see your donation wellness results, please check for any alerts at the top of the screen to enter your barcode unit number. OneBlood provides all donors with a complimentary health screening. Your Donor Portal will show your total cholesterol, pulse, blood pressure, iron, temperature and blood type.
If you are concerned about the additional testing that your blood donation undergoes, reach out to our Donor Advocacy Department at 1-888-936-6283, extension 33858. Please note that if any result comes back abnormal, OneBlood will mail you a letter providing you with additional resources and information.
