The American Legion hosts blood drives because it helps to stable blood supply and helps many veterans and people in the community who need blood. The AL has reported that 2022-2023 Consolidated Post Report shows that more than 100,000 units of blood were provided by nearly 60,000 Legion Family donors. In 2025, we want to exceed those numbers and help even more people who need blood.
