To redeem your eGift Card rewards, just sign in to your Donor Portal. Please note that it may take up to two days after your donation for your rewards to appear in your Donor Portal.

Upon receiving your eGift Card, you have 180 days to make your gift card selection. If you have reached the expiration date, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-936-6283 for further assistance. The expiration dates for all of the eGift Cards you have earned are in your donor portal. To prevent an eGift Card from expiring, we recommend redeeming your gift card within 24-48 hours of your donation. Once your eGift Card has been claimed, the gift card does not have an expiration date.
