I quickly walked by a donation bus thinking, “I don’t have time for that,” as I walked into a hospital to visit my mother. I spent time with her and when time was right, I slipped away knowing that I NEEDED to donate blood to help make a difference for someone else. It takes a short time from your life, but can help another person struggling to survive. Donating blood gives me a greater sense of purpose. Take the time & make the difference!
