I am honored to be able to share something that could impact or save someone's life. Blood is something that can't be bought or artificially reproduced, which makes it that much more special of a gift. I recently found out I had the same blood type as my father-in-law who passed away recently. The family gave me a token he had held on to for years after reaching his first gallon donation level. It meant so much to me to know that was one more thing we shared a passion for.
