It's been a few years that I've been donating blood. I go every 8 weeks and I'm somewhere around 4 gallons donated at this point. I've found that this is the easiest way to help society and I don't know why everyone doesn't do it. I get a good feeling when I get an email from OneBlood telling me that my blood just helped save a life.
