I have O- blood. In 1974 my boss was a blood donor in Lakeland, FL and encouraged me to donate. I have donated over 21 gallons the past 52 years. About one half of those have been with OneBlood in Florida. The other half have been in Arizona, Kentucky, and others. I make it a goal to give every 2 months. It’s good to know I am helping to save lives of people I will never meet. Part of my unknown living legacy.
